HBGI continues to grow for impact. HBGI UK is a registered UK Charity dedicated to our mission of transforming & building high-performing mental health systems that maximise outcomes for individuals.
HBGI UK partners with funders, service commissioners and providers, philanthropists, trusts and foundations, the public and charitable sectors to optimise and expand mental health provision. Drawing on the resources and expertise of the US entity the charity’s scope includes system reviews, performance management, program innovation and outcomes-based contracting.
HBGI UK’s inaugural project, in partnership with Young Minds, Bridges Outcomes Partnership and more, is a comprehensive review of children’s and young people’s mental health services across the UK. The review will focus on the current performance of the services / systems and where improvements might be made. It will centre the outcomes articulated by children, young people, their families and carers, to create actionable recommendations to do things differently, and achieve more of the outcomes articulated. The lived experience narratives resulting from the consultation process will form a central element of the review.
