Are you adept at using data to drive positive change? Do you have experience of working with frontline services at home or abroad? Are you passionate about improving the mental health of vulnerable people? As an Associate at HBGI, you’ll play a key role in driving high performance of California’s Behavioral Health Services addressing mental health, homelessness and social exclusion to maximize individual outcomes.

Do you have significant hands-on experience of running teams delivering services for vulnerable people? We are looking for outstanding leaders to support us in facilitating change in the performance management and contracting of California Behavioral Health Services, to empower outcomes for individuals and communities.
