Why take an Outcomes-Based approach?

At HBGI we are all about using an outcomes-based approach. Find out what this means and why.

HBGI’s Strategic Plan 2025-2028

We are delighted to share our 2025-2028 strategy, articulating our approach to transforming and building high-performing mental health services and systems that maximize outcomes for individuals through our four pillars: 1) Partner to drive performance and catalyze change, 2) Support and promote contracting for outcomes, 3) Center the voice of lived experience, and 4) Build HBGI with excellence and integrity.

This strategy has been developed over several months in consultation with our Board, Lived Experience Council and partners. We look forward to playing our part in continuing to drive happier and health communities, globally.

Paying for Outcomes on Mental Health Programs

This report summarizes learnings from HBGI’s Call for Expressions of Interest. We conducted this Call looking to understand the mental health landscape, what programs already exist, and which may be amenable to outcomes-based contracting. We are now releasing the results from the Call, along with launching the first of a series of free briefings on outcomes-based contracting.
