Seth is Ghanian national with twenty years’ experience in the design, implementation and direct management of high-performing, large-scale outcome-based programs in Europe and the Middle East.

Having led a reputable employment services company in the UK Seth established an independent management consulting business when he relocated to Ghana and offers services to pan-sector organisations in the United Kingdom, Africa, Middle East and South Asia.

He has previously worked as a senior consultant with the World Bank supporting a project in Afghanistan to set up a labor migration program connecting young Afghan males to employment opportunities in the Middle East.

He also advised Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Labor during its comprehensive review of the National Labor Gateway platform.

His most recent assignments include providing technical assistance to Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health in the design, procurement and performance management of contractors delivering malaria case management programs across five States as well as advising on an outcomes-based employment program in Ethiopia targeting female returnee survivors of modern-day slavery in the Middle East.

Seth is currently working with HGBI as a special advisor supporting engagement with and development of partnership agreements with strategic stakeholders in Africa.

Seth has a Bachelor of Law degree as well as a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice from London’s College of Law.
